Customer service

Ive bought a ring not long ago that Ive been trying to get a hold of you guys about because the diamond fell out shortly after I received it and I cannot get through to customer service on any of the phone lines that are on the website and I have emailed at least three times about this. I love all of the things I have bought and I bought many and still have some on their way but Im very frustrated about the customer service process. If somebody could please call me at 206-406-**** to discuss this I would appreciate it. Thank you, Victoria Winn

Need return label, i cant print one

The phone call has ad after ad for insurance and NEVER gets customer service!!! I love the jewelry but not the customer service. I also left an email 3 days ago and have not received an answer
